All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear this logo.

All our toys listed have age recommendations. Some toys are not suitable for children under 3 years old, because they contain small parts, but with adult supervision they can be used by  younger child. The age recommendation is a guide to be used with your personal judgement and knowledge or your child.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will refund or exchange any item within 14 days, simply return your item in a resaleable condition in its original packaging.
Please obtain proof of posting, note that we do not refund postage costs only the returned item. 
We regret that personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Please contact us first to obtain our returns address. This does not affect your statuory rights.

All chirstmas orders must be received by Friday 18th December, to ensure that your delivery will arrive before Christmas
